1.General

The business connection between Para Ti - fashion design and the purchaser are exclusively based on the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placement of order. They are regarded as accepted with the placement of an order. Changes will be valid in isolated instances only and upon written confirmation.

2. Formation of a Contract

After receipt of your order it will be checked whether clothes ordered can be supplied from stock. Please consider that only sizes listed can be ordered. Many items are unique parts; not all colors can be displayed on the photos - please inquire by email or phone for further colors.
Order confirmation will be sent to you by email after verification of availability. This presents the formation of the contract. In case items are not available in the size or color ordered, you will be informed by email as well. Ordering by minors is not possible!

3. Prices

All prices stated are net retail prices within the European Union and are in EUR (Euro). Statuatory VAT (value added tax) has been dropped since January 1, 2011 according to Kleinunternehmerregelung (regulation for small companies), §19 USTG . All offers are without engagement and non-binding. Changes, typos and errors excepted.
Retailers/purchasers, please ask for our wholesale prices!

4. Delivery and Shipment

Shipment is done by letter or parcel. Please fill in the fields in the purchase order form correctly for delivery! We strive to carry out your order as soon as possible. In case of delays we try to find a satisfying solution for you.

5. Due Date for Payment and Late Payment

Buyer pays the purchase price by remittance and advance payment upon receipt of order confirmation to the account number stated on the ordering page! Goods will only be dispatched once the complete amount of money has been credited to the account stated and goods will remain the property of Para Ti - fashion design until complete payment.

6. Shipping and Handling Costs

Costs for shipping and handling will be in addition to the order value and are based on a flat-rate basis as follows:

• 4.90 € for deliveries within Germany
• 7.00 € for deliveries outside of Germany but within Europe /the European Union
• 10.00 € for deliveries outside of Europe /the European Union.

7. Cancellation/Return Privilege

In case clothes do not meet your expectations or in case of wrong size/color you are not bound by your order, if you recall your order without statement of reasons in writing or by email and return the goods to the address stated in the imprint of Para Ti - fashion design within 14 days after receipt of goods. Return postage will be at your expense. The date of dispatch is relevant for complying with the cancellation deadline. Damaged or dirty goods unfortunately cannot be returned!
Please state your bank connection and account number with your return consignment in due time or inform us by email in order to enable us to return the prepaid amount of money to you! In case you would like to have another item instead of the returned commodity, we kindly ask you to place a new order online. An amount of money already remitted will be balanced with the new order value.

8. Protection of Privacy

Individual-related data will only be forwarded to our service providers necessary for delivery such as Deutsche Post or Deutscher Paketdienst. With dispatch of your order you give your consent to the storage of your individual-related data. This consent can be revoked at any time in writing or by email.
